NOVA Automation’s COVID-19 Update

We are facing unprecedented times as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop around the world. I first want to let you know you are in our thoughts and prayers. We truly hope you and your families are able to stay safe during these times.

NOVA has been deemed an essential business by the Colorado Governor’s Office and we remain open for business during the stay-at-home order currently issued to the state of Colorado. Thankfully, we are essential because you are essential.  We are committed to keeping our employees safe and remain open so we can continue to serve you and the critical industries you support.

We have taken many measures to comply with national, state, and internal guidelines. Additionally, our leadership team is meeting twice a day to address the evolving situation on a real-time basis.

Some of the key measures include:

  • Limiting outside personnel to our facility
  • Limiting travel to essential travel only
  • Leveraging technology to reduce in-person travel requirements
  • Teleworking for office staff
  • Heightened cleaning, disinfecting, and personal hygiene
  • Internal stay at home policy for those with symptoms
  • Added additional shifts and weekend hours to support social distancing

Presently, all NOVA operations are open for business. We are limiting travel, but our service and sales teams are available remotely and available to travel for critical situations. At this time, we are experiencing minimal supply chain, production, and delivery impacts. Please contact your NOVA sales, service, or parts representative if you have further questions about impacts to your specific projects or orders.

We will provide additional updates as the situation evolves and results in changes to our current operational status. We wish you and your families the best and we thank you for your continued partnership with NOVA.
